Peter Fill at Tour de France-VIP-Race with Eddy Merckx & Co.
The skier participated in the charity race organized by Prince AlbertOne day before the start of Tour de France the charity organization of Prince Albert “Star Team for Children” invited various athletes to a bike race in support of the indigent children of the Third World.
Peter Fill represented ski sports and participated in the race around 1500 meter-long section of the Formula 1 track. The athletes had to pedal through 31 rounds on the track. There were stars from various sports disciplines like Max Biaggi or Alain Prost, but the majority of guests were legendary cyclists like Eddy Merckx, Paolo Bettini, Felice Gimondi, Eric Zabel, Maurizio Fondriest, Richard Virenque, Claudio Chiappucci and Bjarne Riis.
